Jack Kuppersmith

Jack Meyer Kuppersmith, aged 78, of Carlsbad, California passed away on April 18, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Carol (nee Green) for 56 years and cherished father of Ron (Nicole) Kuppersmith, Lisa Weisner, Allyson (Greg) Oberfield, Eric (Vicki) Klein, and Marc (Ellen) Klein. He was also a devoted grandpa and Abu to Brandon, Ryan, Alexis, Samantha, Mitchell, Danielle, Chase, Brianna, Ashley, Maren, and Jacob, and a loving brother to Aron (Diane) Kuppersmith, Verna Zuttemeister, and Jay (Sandi) Green.

Born in New York, Jack raised his family in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and spent the last 34 years of his life in Carlsbad, California. He was admired by all who knew him and touched everyone he met with his loyalty and kindness. Jack was a role model who instilled in his children and grandchildren the values of hard work and perseverance. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren, and he had a special way of making each of them feel valued and loved. His presence in their lives will be deeply missed.

Jack's legacy of kindness, humor, and devotion to his family and friends will continue to live on through the memories of all who loved him. The funeral service will be held on Monday, April 24th, at 12 noon (EST) at the Schwartz Brothers-Jeffer Memorial Chapel located at 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375. The interment will follow at New Mount Carmel Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the Marriott Hotel-La Guardia after the burial until 7 pm.
