A funeral service for Joel will be held Sunday, December 18, 2022 at 9:00 AM at Schwartz Brothers-Jeffer Memorial Chapels, 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 80 Commerce Street, Hawthorne, NY 10532.
