I was shocked and saddened to learn of Kate's sudden passing. As a neighbor, what I remember most about Kate was her enduring beauty, both inside and out.  She exuded such elegance and a concern for others.  I will miss seeing her, but will always remember her as one of the nicest people in the building. To her husband Fred and family, please accept my sincerest condolences on your tragic loss.
