Lila Gold

She was an incredible mother and role model to Virna and Marni and adored by her grandchildren, Lindsay, Drew, Hailey and Paige. Lila was happily married to Howard Gold for 52 years until his passing in 2016.

Lila was known for her kind heart, zest for life, being a great friend to all, selfless, supportive, gave unconditional love, was generous with her time and money. She was a classy woman, who had the best style and loved to shop buying endless gifts for her family. She was super close with her siblings and extended family. Loved them dearly.

To know her was to love her. She will be remembered forever.

A funeral service for Lila will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Schwartz Brothers-Jeffer Memorial Chapels, 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11704.
