I  though  of you today but that is nothing new, I thought  about you yesterday  and day before that too, I think of you  in silence,  and I often speak you name, all I have is memories and a pic in my phone. Your memories is a keepsake from which I will never part

Linda Gail Fox, Esq., of Howard Beach, NY, passed away in her home due to complica- tions of diabetes. A distin- guished graduate of Brooklyn Law School (JD) and Brooklyn College (MA/BA, Creative and Visual Arts), Linda ded- icated her life to the educa- tion and advocacy of her stu- dents and colleagues. Linda served as a beloved art teach- er in New York public schools for 30 years, leaving a last- ing impact on countless stu- dents through her passion for the arts. Beyond the class- room, she was a fervent rep- resentative of the Teacher’s Union, tirelessly advocating for the rights and well-being of her fellow educators. Her artistic talents extended be- yond teaching; Linda was an incredibly talented painter whose works were admired by many. She also excelled as a figure skater, served as a skating competition judge for many years, and spoke sever- al languages. Her hobbies in- cluded travel, skiing, and at- tending ComicCon, where she enjoyed the vibrant communi- ty and creativity of the event. She was preceded in death by Charles (d. 1972) and Romayne (d. 2005). Linda is survived by her brother, Phillip (Wendy) Fox of Mesa, AZ, and her dedicated nieces and nephews: Chuck (Amy) Fox of Atlanta, GA, Michelle (Bart) Day of Atlanta, GA, Devon (David) Fendrich of Baghdad, AZ, Liane (David) Stewart of Fort Wayne, IN, and Bryan (Julie) Stahli of Denver, CO. Linda was also a cherished great-aunt to Ben, Sydney, Elianna, Sophia, Colin, Kris, Aiden, Declan, and Isaac. Linda’s life was a testa- ment to her dedication to ed- ucation, her passion for the arts, and her love for her fam- ily.In lieu of flowers, the fam- ily requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association
