A committal service for Neil will be held Monday, April 17, 2023 from 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095. Following the committal service will be a funeral service from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Schwartz Brothers-Jeffer Memorial Chapels, 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375.
