I am sad because the world has lost another warrior, but I am happy that maamaa has gone to her reward. Maamaa was a woman of strength and fortitude, following God to wherever He called her, and diligently always trying to teach the truth in Love and Faith. It is rare to find those who actually try to live out their faith in this world, and Maamaa and Yeayea were both pillars in that regard. I miss you both deeply, but my life will be forever shaped by your examples.

Our heartfelt condolences to you and your family. We watched the entire funeral service online and were deeply moved by all the sharings. Auntie Ruth was truly a remarkable and resilient woman—saved by God’s amazing grace and called into His service in ways beyond our understanding.

Even though every step in her journey was difficult, she did not move forward merely by dragging herself through life. Instead, she allowed Jesus to carry her through each trial. I'm sure she had many questions whenever new challenges arose, yet she chose to remain silent, trusting in the victorious and glorious truth of the Cross, and pressed on with quiet strength.

We cannot fully imagine the struggles she faced, but we are certain that with each hardship, Jesus gave her greater understanding, deeper hope, and a closer walk with Him. Her life bore witness to a faith that endured, a spirit that sacrificed, and a heart that stayed steadfast to the end.

It saddens us that we came to truly appreciate her journey only after her passing. Distance and circumstance kept us from knowing her more personally, and we regret that deeply.

Still, we pray that Auntie Ruth’s example—her unwavering faith, her selfless service, and her dedicated life—will continue to inspire us. May God grant each of us wisdom from above, hearts full of understanding, and a determined, faithful spirit to walk diligently in the calling He has placed on our lives—just as Auntie Ruth so beautifully did.

Always reminds me of my grandma when I was younger…..always smiling and happy every time she walks by with her walker at church passing me and nodding and smiling hello……will miss her beautiful smiles and presence at church etc….

梁張信瑤師母（1933–2025），為建道神學院59班校友，著名華人宣教士梁得人牧師的賢內助，自1980年結縭以來，與丈夫同心事主，同行宣教道路，至死不渝，其一生忠心事主的見證，足為華人教會典範。
 
張信瑤女士自1960年代初起出任建道神學院教師，並長年擔任女生舍監與註冊主任，於神學教育中默默耕耘。1965年，她赴美深造，先於美國宣道會奈亞學院（Nyack College）完成宗教教育學士學位，旋即進入惠敦大學攻讀宗教教育碩士，於1968年畢業後重返建道，忠心事奉直至1980年代初。
 
1980年代，她與梁牧師轉往美國紐約，於華人宣道會牧會十三載，服侍廣大僑民信徒。1990年梁牧師退休後，夫婦二人並未停下腳步，乃相繼踏上蘇利南（1990年）、委內瑞拉（1993年）與巴拿馬（1998年）的宣教旅程。他們於巴拿馬開拓首間華人宣道會，最終發展為三所教會，成為南美華人宣教的重要先驅。
 
梁師母一生敬虔謙卑，堅持「永不言休」的建道精神，無論在講臺、課室、舍監崗位，抑或遠赴異地開荒植堂，始終不改事主初心。她的離世，標誌著一代華人宣教工人的息勞歸主；但她堅毅溫柔的見證，將持續激勵後來者走上主的道路。
 
正如她所言：「我在建道這麼久，感情是深厚的，我一進入建道做學生時，就很喜歡她，後來擔任教職，我也把握了這寶貴的事奉機會，我的心願是希望神繼續祝福學院，使造就出來的學生能適合這時代之需要及造就更多之工人。」
 
她的心願，亦是她一生的實踐。願主安慰她的家人，並賜恩給她所撒下的每一粒福音種子，在世各地繼續結果百倍。

想當年

1950年初,我由上海老家來到香港的大家.後來我成了家,有了小家.有了兒女,小家變了大家. 兒女结婚了,有了他們的小家.我的大家變成了老家. 時光流逝,數十年匆匆而過.今天您坐上神速的天國列車,返回了天家.天家沒有病痛,沒有憂慮. 我在地上為您鼓掌送行 .人生在世,忙忙碌碌,就像一个旅客,在滾滾红塵中跌跌撞撞,旅客最後都要回家.
