Sofya Pekar, age 95, of Rego Park, New York passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
A committal service for Sofya will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 83-45 Cypress Hills Street, Glendale, NY 11385. Following the committal service will be a funeral service from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Schwartz Brothers-Jeffer Memorial Chapels, 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375.
