Tracy sounds like an amazing woman! My mom was fortunate to stay in contact with both Tracy and Sheila.
As we know now, life takes us on different journeys, but Rachel, Hillary and Tracy, you will always feel special to me.

I was heartbroken to hear about your passing. It doesn’t feel fair that someone so young and full of life could be taken so soon. I’ll always remember our time at school and the impact you had on those around you. You will not be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and everyone who loved you
