Clyde G. Burkett, of Forest Park, age 91, died Thursday, August 2, 2012. Visitation will be Saturday, August 4, 2012 from 4 to 6pm, and services will be held Sunday, August 5, 2012 at 2pm, at Parkway Garden Chapel in Forest Park. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs. She is survived by sons H. Lamar Burkett, Dothan, AL; Hillory P. Burkett, Jr., Alpharetta, GA; and Robert C. Burkett, Orlando, FL; granddaughters Lisa Sword, Linda Chong, and Kelsey Jackson; and grandson Jason Burkett. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Ash Street Baptist Church of Forest Park, GA, in her memory.
