Edith Maude Thompson

Edith Maude Williamson Thompson born November 27, 1914 of Morrow, GA, died peacefully June 3, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Harris M. Thompson, parents and siblings.

She is survived by her loving sons Robert Nolan Thompson and his wife Solange Thompson of Wilmington, NC, Harris "Butch" M. Thompson Jr., Her loving granddaughters Marie Bartsch of Wilmington, NC, Barbara Kuehne of Saigon, Vietnam and grandson Robert Nolan Thompson Jr. of Saigon, Vietnam. Additionally she has two great-grandchildren Grace Kuehne age 4 and Benjamin Kuehne age 2.

She was loved and adored by many and will be greatly missed.

A visitation is scheduled for Monday June 6, 2011 between the hours of

7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m and there will be a Graveside service on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. in the Westview Cemetery located at 1680 Ralph David Abernathy SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. All services are under the direction of Parkway Garden Chapel, 1000 Forest Parkway, Forest Park GA 30297
