Pauline McCown Hamilton

Pauline Hamilton, age 80 of Stockbridge (formerly of Jonesboro), passed away Friday, December 10, 2010 after a courageous battle. Pauline loved life and lived it to the fullest. She was a competition ballroom dancer, a member of the Tara Red Hatters and a member of Morrow First United Methodist Church. Ms. Hamilton was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Edna Lewis; her son, Randy Hamilton and her brother Don McCown. She is survived by her daughter, Vicki (Tommy) Stone of Stockbridge; sons, Bill (Becky) Boso of Jonesboro and Doug Boso of Locust Grove; grandchildren, Toby Stone, Hillary Reed, Andy (Jennifer) Stone, Billy Boso; 1 great-grandchild, Kalah Reed and a host of other family and friends. A graveside service will be held Monday, December 13, 2010 at 1:00 pm at Sherwood Memorial Park in Jonesboro with Dr. Ed Judy officiating. Family will receive friends TODAY, Sunday, December 12, 2010 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm at Ward’s Parkway Chapel. Pauline Hamilton was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. We will miss her and forever treasure the wonderful memories she took time to make. Arrangements under the direction of Horis A. Ward - Parkway Chapel, Forest Park, GA.
