Charles Wesley was born February 7, 1966 in Fort Frances, Ontario, to John “Fred” Smith and the late Eliza Smith.
Wesley was an important member to the leadership of Naicatchewenin First Nation and will be greatly missed. His strength, courage and wisdom will be hard to replace and the love he held for his community will never be forgotten.
Wesley was a very kind and caring individual. He had an avid appreciation for being outdoors, most of his time was spent outside, snowmobiling and four-wheeling were some of the many things that he loved to do.
