George Ralph Broeffle

George was a proud member of Seine River First Nation, spending many happy years there working as the Band Manager. Before and since he remained active as a Business Consultant, maintaining his passion for assisting the youth of his community in any way he could. His focus was always on his family and loved ones, being there for them whether as a mentor and guide, a confidante or simply as a friend.

George will be sadly missed and lovely remembered by his soul mate and friend Laurie Komar (nee Forsythe), by his Aunt Ida of Seine River First Nation, his Aunt Ethel of Thunder Bay, and his Aunt Nora of Kamloops, BC along with many cousins and numerous half-brothers and sisters including but not limited to Ernest Boucher (Sandy), Sandi Boucher and Robert Boucher all of Thunder Bay and by his one and only son, Anthony Broeffle of St. Thomas, Ontario.

George was predeceased by his father George Broeffle Sr, his mother Alma Boucher (nee Godin), his step-father Leo Boucher, and numerous aunts and uncles who are no doubt waiting to welcome him home.

A funeral wake will be held at the Seine River First Nation Gymnasium on Thursday, December 20th at 3 pm with a traditional service to take place on Friday, December 21st at 9 a.m.
