My sincere sympathy to the Bliss family. My mom and dad, Thomas and Mildred Kelly were good friends of Joe and Connie. Joe was always such a kind man. When I went to see my Aunt Jessie Friday at Rainycrest I saw Joe sitting in the common area and he showed me where my Aunt's room was. Always a nice man who will be remembered.
