

Mildred is survived by her daughter-in-law, Joyce Lalond; her grandchildren Larry Lalond, Mark Lalond, Linda (Mike) Zeyha, Michelle (Brett) Greer and grand daughter-in-law Terri; great grandchildren Travis (Kim), Aaron, Alexandria (Jordan), Jaimie, Laura, Ryan, Brett, Brandon, Danielle, Ashley and Walker; and great great grandchildren Ethan, Chloe, Jakob and Zakary; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Mildred was predeceased by her parents Martha and John MacDonald, her husband Tom, son Earl and siblings Gordon (Hazel) MacDonald, Edith/Ettie (Howard) Simmons, and Cameron (Velda) MacDonald.
Mildred was an active member in the United Church and UCW; a 4-H Leader: and always helping in community events in the town of Devlin where she was born, maried and lived most of her life. Mildred will be remembered and missed by her grandchildren for her unconditional love and understanding, the wonderful baking they were always enjoying and the sewing of many special projects for them.
Mildred will be greatly missed by her very dear friends Frances Shelfantook, Audrey Forester, Freeda Carmody, Peggy Johnson, Del Cumming and Evelyn Metke and many others. Her family is forever grateful for the care and love you all showed her. We would also like to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Rainycrest for the wonderful care you gave Mildred.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Hallett Hall at Rainycrest Long Term in Fort Frances, Ontario.
