I fondly remember Rick and how much I enjoyed being in his company while working with him. He was a very kind and gentle man who very much enjoyed working with youth. Rick was very knowledgeable and humble and had an amazing positive attitude.
To his family and friends, please accept my deepest condolences.

It was a joy getting to know Rick over the past three years. He and my Aunt Laurie shared an amazing love during this time. He enjoyed moving to Winnipeg and being part of Laurie's family. Her Daughter Stevie and Grandson Dorian, loved Rick as their own. Dorian thought Rick was the greatest friend he ever had. They enjoyed making cookies together at Christmas; even when Dorian wanted to make a dinosaur Christmas Cookie. Rick just followed whatever Dorian wanted. They were buds. Rick was a soft spoken brilliant man who was easy to talk to. He will be missed. His memory will be cherished. Rest in Peace.
