On this day we say goodbye to Albert Burson the strongest and most loving and sincere man we have ever known. Albert was born on July 10,1947 in Dallas, TX. He went to UTA college where he met the love of his life, Yolanda Galvan. He graduated with two bachelor's degrees (one in Chemistry and one in Electrical Engineering).
Albert and Yolanda were married in Dallas, TX on February 23, 1974, and had two children, Laura and Sarah Victoria. Albert worked at General Dynamics/Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX from 1983- to 2011 when he retired to enjoy time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.
He battled Parkinsons for 25 years which challenged his body but never touched his true spirit and mind. He rarely complained, keeping a positive attitude and signature dark sense of humor. Some of the things he talked about in the last week of his life were his admiration for his wife, his grandkids, his kids and his love of specific books, plays, and films.
Albert was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He was the person to go for the voice of reason. He was a lifelong skeptic, never blindly obeying and always encouraging others to think for themselves. He lived his life in his own terms, enjoying his family, food and life until he had to say goodbye. He will forever live in the hearts of his wife Yolanda Burson, daughter Laura Malins, daughter Victoria Cramer, sister Lynn Burson, grandson Aiden Malins, granddaughter Aria Malins, and grandson Ezra Cramer.
