Amelia (Amy) P. Redman, 69 of Tamarac Florida. Preceded in death by father; Nicholas Daravanis, mother; Stella Daravanis and sister; Maria Chakos Typlin. Survived by sister; Daphne Gustafson of Valparaiso Indiana, niece; Alena Birger of Fort Myers Florida, great nephew; Gabriel Birger of Coconut Creek Florida and great niece; Zoe Birger of Orlando Florida.
Amelia grew up in Gary Indiana and attended Indiana University. She relocated to Phoenix Arizona following her parents move to spend more time with them and enjoy the warm weather. In 2003 Amy moved to Florida to be with family and watch her great nephew and great niece grow up. Amelia loved living in Tamarac and working with people and was a founding member of the Tamarac Historical Society. Some of her favorite projects were working on the Tamarac Time Capsule, creating the Tamarac Hall of Fame awards gala; Oldest Living Residents; Sculptures In The Linear Park Series and working with Ken Behring; The Man Who Built Tamarac.
Amelia will be dearly missed and forever loved.
