My name is Eugene Wolinski  my Wife and I were talking about the two motels that we used to run today. The Amble Inn / Melrose Park Motels, located at 790 S St Rd 7 and 1010 S St Rd 7 Plantation FL. During the conversation my wife said to me I wonder if Art is still living there out of curiosity I called and Inquierd about him, but was told he no longer lived there. I knew he was an attorney so I tried to locate him on the Internet, It was there that I discovered his Obituary, And all I can say is that my  wife and I are deeply saddened at the news of his passing, now 18 months ago. I considered Art a real Human being, and in life you don't run into to many Real Human beings  He was always polite and kind, and a very intelligent man. I could discuss just about any subject with him and he always not only understood what I was saying but seemed to have a text book knowledge of anything I would inquire about. Especially cars.  My Wife penny and I would like to send are most sincere heart felt condolences to his surviving family members on there loss to me Art Was A Good Joe. He Possessed Manors and Morals in a  world where so few do, he was a Rare Human Being A Force of Nature, and I miss our talks greatly, now knowing that he has passed  my wife and I will miss him  dearly. He was a good friend to both of us, and I know God has special place for him in Heaven, Sincerely, Gene and penny,12-13-2020
