Carlos A Dominguez

Carlos Antonio Dominguez, 78, of Sunrise, Florida, passed away on August 29, 2017. He was born in Consolación del Sur, Cuba on October 30, 1938 and migrated to the USA in 1980. He graduated from Escuela de Comercio and received his accounting degree. He married the love of his life Ofelia V. Dominguez on December 16, 1962.

Once established in the USA he became a chef and owned the very famous Cuban restaurant Chef Carlin in Fort Lauderdale. Carlos had a passion for baseball, music, cruising, the ocean and family. He is survived by his wife Ofelia V. Dominguez, sons Carlos M. Dominguez, Jorge L. Dominguez. His grandchildren are Zhulay de la Caridad Dominguez, Guillermo Triana, Yulaikys de la Caridad Dominguez, Jorge Luis Dominguez Jr. and Ana Carla Dominguez, and siblings Julio Guillermo, Zaida, Luis and Guillermo Jr. Dominguez.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South in Davie, Florida. The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South in Davie, Florida.

Carlos will truly be missed and forever in our hearts.
