Our dear mother Carol A. Palhegyi sadly passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 81. She went peacefully with family by her side. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was always there when we needed her and the life of the party. She was friends with everyone she met and was a well-loved member of the community in Fort Lauderdale.
She was predeceased by her husband, Walter and is survived by her children, Ray Palhegyi and wife Kelly, Richard Palhegyi, Cheryl Davis and husband Stacy, Jill LoMonaco and husband Gasper, grandchildren, RJ, Kelsey, Brody, Wyatt, Logan, Dylan, Sebastian, and Chase and sister, Sharon Dellinger.
To honor our mother’s memory, we are holding a celebration of her life mass on March 4, 2023 at St. John the Baptist at 10:30 with a reception to follow. The location of the reception will be announced at the ceremony. We invite anyone who knew her to attend and remember her wonderful life. We ask attendees to wear bright colors.
