The “Apple” of Cherissa’s eye was her son Cashton. Her world was centered around this 10 -year old fun-loving little boy. Her focus was on making him happy, teaching him how to be the best person that he could be, loving on him continuously and preparing him for life. She was a doting mother and did all that was possible to let Cashton know how much she loved and adored him.
On Saturday, December 25, 2021, Cherissa embraced eternity and the face of a smiling savior.
She leaves to celebrate her memories her beloved son, Cashton Cunningham, mother, Carlene Cunningham, father, Claude Cunningham, brother Christopher Cunningham, grandparents, Vera Simpson and Evelyn Green, aunts, Claudette Barnes and Carol Cunningham and uncles, Earl Simpson and Carl Cunningham; a hosts of cousins and other sorrowing friends and family.
