I was not a good mother to Maria and Antonio; I left them with another to raise and hurt them so much. I missed them grow up. I missed knowing them and loving them the way they needed, I was just like you only younger when I had them, I had nobody. I live with so much regret. 
Today is the twin's birthday on Mother's Day. 
I have had to fight for these girls since they were born, 
I broke the cycle of not being there and giving up on the most important thing in the universe, 
FAMILY
I wish I could have told you how much I understood why you weren't able to be a mother. I would tell you how much I always wanted to be your daughter. I would hug you and forgive you love you. I wish I never said the last words I spoke to you.
