Happy 90th Birthday Mom!  Remember I always told you that for your 90th I was going to contact the mayor for a meeting and have an article posted in the paper as one of the Plantation Pioneers  still enjoying Plantation!  You almost made it too, Mom. :)
Now here it is, your 90th, and your up there in heaven being celebrated with Jesus instead.  That makes it good for me. :)
Dylan was thinking of you during Christmas and had a little bit of a breakdown, missing you.  Devyn remembers me showing her my real Barbie Doll hair brushing, with your hair.  They all miss you, as do their mom's!
I talk to you a lot, and I know you hear me, because I always know what you're thinking.
At midnight, I sang to you, like Pam and I use to call you doing...  I miss you Mom.  You're birthdays were always the BEST celebrations ever, for all of your kids n spouses.  I'm really looking forward to more of those great times ahead with you.

Happy Birthday Mom

Your birthday's celebrations are some of my favorite memories. We always had such a great time with "our Mom", a special time with just siblings and you. How we would laugh and enjoy celebrating you with your favorite ice cream cakes... now, tomorrow is sad and hard, no more getting together and celebrating, no more listening to you laugh so hard and trying not to cough. God gave you life 90 years ago Jan 12th and we all have Him to be so thankful to, for giving us you, as our mother.  I do know you'd rather be up there, on the other side of the sun and rainbows having a heavenly birthday. I love you Mom, & I miss you so much.

I love you Mom and miss you so much, especially today. Our long standing Christmas Eve's family tradition is gone, and I miss it and I miss our family all together, especially all of us singing Silent Night. Everyone's starting their own traditions now, as well as you singing Silent Night with Jesus and all the angels. I look forward to joining you in doing that one day. ahhhh Mama... your my heart.

Tomorrow it will be 71 years ago that you were a happy young woman marrying your dream man. You two man a stunning couple and showed all of us that a marriage is a vow that is to not break, no matter what. you and daddy had good times and bad times, but most of all you both kept us a "family".., a family that you two made with your love for one another... There are so many of us Mom on this earth and still growing because of this special day Aug 7th, 1943.  I miss you so much .., I still think all the time that "I gotta tell mom about this", just to have the immediate thought of "no, I can't". I love you and I had to post a note to you because this is such a special day in out family history. I want a mommy's hug...

Moms birthday and your birthday came and went without a sound but I bet they were celebrated in Heaven. I went to send a card and love to you both and then I stopped and just looked up and smile and said Happy Birthday. Nana was in Dec. so I bet she was with you both. Happy second birthday in Heaven my mommy... you are still missed so much. Always the best of times, watching you, just like a kid, so excited about opening presents, blowing out candles and eating ice cream cake.. the laughter on those birthday nights were always the greatest of our year, we all certainly loved celebrating you in our intimate sibling day with our Mother. Hi Mom, it's Christmas eve and our family is scattered. You were the glue that held us all together and especially with the celebration of Jesus at your house where we would all be together and celebrate being family, sad to say those days are gone now and it is truly Mom, very sad. I miss you and the sound of you singing Silent Night with your beautiful voice and all of us sitting in the living room and singing together... I know Jesus was among us and felt our love for Him in our family circle. I know Christmas, or celebrating Jesus's birthday in Heaven has got to be awesome and one day I'll join you in that celebration. One year has gone by its just like yesterday my sweet and beautiful Auntie. There won't be a day gone by that I dont think of you and things I see that remind me  of you. I bought you a ornament that says I Love my Aunt and will hang it on my tree as we will sing to you on the 25 and praise Jesus.Thank You for loveing me . I am thinking of you up in Heaven, with all of the 'real jewels' on, enjoying the beauty and the divine music, and everything being 'all good' and joy full!  
I sense your presence everyday, and enjoy the many memories, and the knowing what you are thinking and what you would be saying as well.

I miss you so much Mom. It's been so sad and hard without you, you were my best friend for always being able to talk about everything, always just loving me and not judging. I miss our daily phone calls and still feel myself thinking that I have to call and tell you things. You made me always feel so loved mom, and I still need that now so much. I was so blessed to have you here in my house when Jesus came to take you, sometimes I can still feel your presence. A year ago Mother... I can't believe it's been that long, my heart ache as if you left me last night and I need you to hug me so badly.  I will always need my mommy and I will miss you until the day I leave her to be up there with you. thank you mom for keeping our family a real loving family all these years, you taught us all that love came before anything along with compassion and doing unto others as we would want done unto us, and never judge until we've walked in their shoes, also that we never know what goes on behind closed doors, so not to think we know the whole story and then I cried cause I had no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet... life lessons well learned from your teachings mom... I know you are so happy up in heaven and there is not a bit of doubt that I won't see you up there, and at 66 it might not be all that long... until I do... HAPPY 70 YEARS AGO TODAY... OUR FAMILY BEGAN!!  And WOWOWOW HOW MANY BRANCHES have blossomed in this tree!!!  I've been thinking ALL DAY how The Momma's & The Poppa's are TOGETHER for their 70th!!  And wonderin' how they're celebrating... I see Penny Lane showed up on Memory Lane & really captured it...  and I LOVE THAT PICTURE!!  Never saw it!!  SO IT'S REALLY FUN TO SEE!!!  It's beautiful!!! Mom....you weren't here today as I turned 66. It was hard not hearing your voice at midnight saying Happy Birthday "MaDonna"... Happy Mother's day in Heaven Mom.  I miss you as much as I did six months ago, there are always things that happen that I want to tell "my mom" about. It's a lonely feeling not to have you. I know you smile down on me from up above and I know you are so happy. I love you mom.. so very much

I love you Mom!  Happy Mother's Day.  I really miss you so much and think of you and feel your presence always!  It is so easy for me to picture you watching from over the balcony of heaven.  You are SO alive to me; and I hear your voice and counsel continuously in my heart (where you live on) until we meet again in person/spirit for all eternity.

Devyn had a grilled cheese sandwich at the restaurant the other day, and only ate half.  My first thought was to bring you home the other half.  It was a sad but sweet thought to have you so close for a second there.  We all spoke of you and missed you together.  

Today still is and will always be 'Your Day'!!  Thank you for being the BEST Mom Ever!!  

Ashley remarked how she is so glad you knew that she is going to be a Mommy very soon as well, and her name is Brayley!     #23 Great-Grand =)

Hi Mom, dropping by to tell you that tomorrow is Easter Sunday. Our first without you.  Wow the memories from the past. I have to laugh when I think of us all walking out the front door, dressed to the hilt to go to church, each one of us carrying a great big Easter basket that Daddy had make for each of us, and he'd have us go back into the house and come out again because the camera hadn't filmed, or something silly hadn't worked, so we'd all walk out in a line smiling like it was the first "take"... the tootsie roll hunts in the back yard with so many of us running in every direction to gather them up.. but the best thing was "we were ALL TOGETHER", we were a "complete" family and those days are gone. You are so blessed Mom to be in Heaven for Easter, to actually be spending this glorious day with Jesus after all He did for us. I know everything must shine a bit brighter up there on Easter, I can't wait to be there an experience it with you. I miss you so very much Mom. I confess, for me, it hasn't gotten any easier at all, and I thought by now it would. Maybe it just doesn't. I love you so much. Enjoy the family that is up there with you and our Precious Jesus on your first Easter up there in Heaven

How wonderful to see so many warm and loving memories of such a sweet and caring woman my auntie Nene. Every Christmas I say hi and send love to her mom and sister (my mom) and now she will be included. I believe they keep track of us all and are looking forward to when we will all be together again, yes, the best is yet to come.

I remember Aunt Daphne so fondly.  When she lived in Haverhill, right near us, she was always so much fun to be around - and so welcoming to me when I visited.  I remember loving to go to her house, and she was always so nice to my Mom.  When she lived in Florida we would stop by her home on our vacation visits - an again she made us so welcome and she was so pleasant and interesting.  Aunt Daphne was beautiful, kind and loving.  I am so happy that she was a part of my life.  Her kids were pretty cool too!  : )     Daphne made the world a better place.

We have spent many a New Year together Mom, singing Auld Lang Syne.  You taught me how fun traditions are, thus the hats, horns, snacks, toast and the midnight phone calls from all of your kids, and then some...

My Sweet Grandmother,
I am so blessed to have been given such a loving sweet Grandmother. I am so thankful that my children all got to feel your love as well.  My whole life, one of my favorite days of the year was Christmas Eve and seeing everyone. I know it was one of my kids favorite nights too.  Christmas is such a special time, and spending it with the people you love makes it even more special. Adults talking and catching up and cousins so happy to play together....those nights are amongst my best memories.  I am also so proud when I hear someone say that I look like you, have a heart like yours, or have similar intrests as you and I loved the bond of being the other mommy of twins.  I think of you often especially when I am overwhelmed with children, tasks or just the suprises life brings....wondering how you did it with six!  I hope you are watching down on our family. My heart aches whenever I think of you... You gave me something that I will never forget, a grandmothers love! I have so many memories of you... I remember laying on the couch watching the news, sports or soap operas with you and listening to you tell everyone off on the TV :) I remember sleeping and waking up with post it's by my bed with updates on world issues we chatted about and sometimes a candy with the note :) I loved styling your hair and talking about boys with you :) I was always able to share everything with you whether it made me happy or I'd burst into tears. You were always there for me. I am so thankful that I got to live with you and really get to know what an amazing person you were and see how much you really loved everyone. You will always hold a big piece of my heart and I will love and cherish you forever! I have been so blessed to spend my life with you. You have helped me through some tough choices and times, many times. I loved all of your advice and could always count on you to point me in the right direction. I may not have always listened right away, but it sunk in eventually ;)  and you were always right!  
I loved sharing every part of my life and kids lives with you. They love and miss you so very much as well. 
I got you a poinsettia yesterday and placed it in your home with your picture. As soon as I saw it I just had to get it for you. Every day when I walk in I still feel I should be going to say hi, or leaving u a note on the bar. It just doesn't feel right without you, but I know you're happy and still keeping us all in line and loved from above ;)

My beautiful sweet Mother. I was so blessed to have you in my home these past months. I was so happy to be here for you and to make sure you would enter Heaven surrounded with love and peace. I didn't think you were going to leave me that morning, I needed to hear your voice at least one more time. It's incredible how empty the house feels without you here, and everywhere I turn there is a memory of you. I don't know how to get past that. Everyone says you are so happy in heaven with Aunt Evelyn, Nana, Grampa Daniels, Daddy, and I know you are and I am so glad that you are no longer in pain and can watch us from above, but that doesn't stop my earthly heart from aching right now, I just miss you so much mamma. "You taught me everything I know", you said the other night, yes, and the most important was family and love.  There are some quotes that you said to me my entire life that I live by now, which is a good thing. 
They are: Don't judge until you've walked in their shoes. 
You never know what goes on behind closed doors.
  I cried cause I had no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet.
  Believe only half of what you see and none of what you hear.
 Your singing will always be music that I hear and the love you gave me will always surround me in comfort. You were always there for me and I treasure your trips to be with me in TN and SanDiego. Grandmother, I grew up coming to your house with grandpa all the time. I loved coming over just the 2 of us and I also loved coming every year for Christmas. I loved that every year you always made sure that the family got together. Some of my favorite memories ever were coming over to swim and you just watching me. I miss you very much but I know you are now in a better place. I love you.

My heart is sad for all those Daphne leaves behind.  It was an honor and a joy to care for her for over a decade. I'll miss the morning house calls complete with Dunkin Donut coffee and something sweet. Daphne found humor and showed immense grace that many others would never be able to find.  To all the family - thank you for sharing her with me!

Auntie Nenee inspired many with her open heart and unconditional love.  She made a positive difference in my life and I know in the lives of many others, family and friends alike.  She was my mothers sister, a memory that I will always hold close to my heart.  She always gave of herself, regardless of how she felt.  She provided a landmark in time and created a family of beautiful children and grandchildren in which I send my deepest sympathy out to.  Always remember the good....for that is what she was.
