Dennis was born in Newark, NJ, on August 1, 1951, and grew up in Hillside, NJ. A veteran of the Navy, Dennis and his wife, Jackie, raised their two boys in Union, NJ, where they both worked for the Board of Education.
After retiring in 2017, Dennis and Jackie spent time traveling and then settled in Parkland, FL, in 2022.
Dennis is survived by his older brother, Frank, and family; his wife, Jackie; and his sons: Christopher, his wife, Danielle, and their son, Henry; and Robert, his wife, Amanda, and their daughter, Mackenzie.

A visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, located at 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33317, on October 25, 2025, from 9:00 am to 1:00 am. Funeral service will take place at the same venue on October 25, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
