Dolores was born in Emerson, New Jersey on August 2, 1929 to the late Charles and Jennie (Mazzeo) Giannone.
Her husband Joseph J. Rubano predeceased Dolores on June 30, 2020.Her daughter Diane M. Freiberg predeceased Dolores on July 21, 2021.
She was survived by her son, Martin L. Zirk and Christine L. Zirk, his wife, of Hollywood, Florida and step- daughter Theresa Berry of Virginia. There were five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Also survived by her niece Denise Corso of New Jersey and niece Joanne Sullivan of Colorado and nephew Herbert Parlato of Miami, Florida.
