It was a privilege and distinguished high honor to be able to officiate the celebration of a life very well lived by Eleanor Wilkinson McCarl, This family is so well knitted together and there is no doubt in my mind that this closeness of family and friends is a bi product of the many wonderful years Gran Gran has been pouring in to her very own!

Thank you for letting me be a part of your celebration of Eleanor's life. I was moved by the stories and how she lived her life. I hope the pain of losing her here on earth is replaced by her awesome memories and the belief she will debate politics and see you again in heaven. It was beautiful to see the family work together to care for her late in life. We need more of that. Thanks again for letting me be a part of that.

I knew Eleanor as "Gran"..loved spending time talking with her about world events past and present, and especially politics! If I remember she loved reading the newspaper. I have such great memories of our time in Oregon....God Bless you Gran!!!

It's been several years, but my mother and I always enjoyed meeting with Eleanor and Robin for lunch.
She was a lovely lady with class and grace that loved her family. We both were lucky to have enjoyed her company.
How fortunate was she to have not only her own two wonderful children , but grands and great grands. She will remain in all of their hearts forever. Red and Jewell
