SCHEUERMAN, Elizabeth Anne Snedeker, b. April 27, 1911 in St. Georges, DE passed away on July 27, 2011 in the John Knox Village Health Center, Pompano Beach. Elizabeth, the eldest daughter of George R. and Eleanor McCoy Snedeker was preceded in death by her husband John Scheuerman in 1999 and by two brothers, George in 1929, and Henry in 1985. She is survived by Vera (widow of Henry) and by her brother Thomas (Mary), along with several nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was a graduate of the Univ. of DE and was formerly a teacher in the Broward County Schools. She served as president of the American Assn. of University Women, Florida Division, and was a member of the DAR, Fontenada Chapter, Freedoms Foundation and Coral Ridge Yacht Club.
