On Thursday May 6, 2021, Encarnacion Lopez passed away at the age of 74 in Sunrise, Florida. She was born in the Camajuani, Las Villas, Cuba on April 15, 1947. She was married to Eusebio Lopez Sr. for almost 30 years. She was a loving Mother of three children: Eusebio Jr., Jimmy and Mery. She was lovingly known by her Nickname, Carmen.
As an exile from Cuba, via the 1970’s freedom flights, she was able to come to the United States. She worked as a seamstress, tobacco roller, Mary Kay Cosmetics sales and home keeper. She was also blessed with caring for her neighbor’s daughter, Jessica Nicole Kier. Jessica was like another daughter.
Encarnacion lived in New Jersey, Tampa, West Palm Beach and the last few years of her life with Mery, her husband Armando and grandchildren, in Southwest Ranches, Florida.
Encarnacion was devoted to her family and her kids. Encarnacion was dedicated to community service for elders during the last 10 years of her life in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Encarnacion had a passion for dancing, traveling, entrepreneurship and fishing. She loved estate sales and would buy and resell antiques and exclusive items. She enjoyed playing Dominos on the weekends with her grandchildren and her friends.
Carmen is survived by Eusebio Sr, and Mery her daughter, her brother Serapio Jose Perez Paz, her sister Maria de los Angeles Dominguez and many nieces, nephews, cousins, her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Caritina Perez Paz and her sons Eusebio Jr and Jimmy Lopez. Her Grandchildren are: Armandito, Elizabeth, Antonio and Andres Palma; David & Amanda Lopez. Her 3 Great Grandchildren are: Johnny Scott, Jayden Thomas and Veronica Lopez.
