Erasmo Peraza Rodriguez, 95 of Lake Worth, Florida entered into rest. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2015 from 10:00 am to 2;00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South in Davie, Florida. Erasmo will truly be missed.
