

Errol (Bunny/Banga) Edwards was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica to Roland Edwards and Linda Taylor on August 8, 1953. He attended Montego Bay Boys school and then on to Cornwall College in Montego Bay. He married Marlene Whyte on August 27, 1983, in Bronx, New York. He graduated from Cornwall College and then went on to Hartford State University. He worked as a Hydraulics technician for Gillette for 22 years. After retiring he moved to Plantation, Florida where he worked in the trucking and delivery industry. He was actively involved in Cornwall College Old Boys Association
Errol (Bunny) Edwards is preceded in death by Father, Mother, and sister. He is survived by Wife Marlene; daughter, Sharifa; brothers Orville, Rudson, Anthony, and Andrew; sisters Kerrine, Theresa, Faith, Donnette, Joy and Julia; grandchildren Ariah and Ar'Lei; uncle Lee and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 PM on Friday May 29, 2026, at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2401 SW 64th Ave. Davie FL 33317.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday May 30, 2026, at St Benedict’s Episcopal Church, 7801 NW 5th St, Plantation, FL 33324. with The Reverend Albert R. Cutie, Rector of St. Benedict’s Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2401 Davie Rd., Davie, FL 33317. The services will be livestreamed at http://wellcelebratedlife.com. Arrangements are by Kraeer Funeral Home.
