I had the honor of accompanying Frank on the Honor flight to Washington DC in May 2019. We had a wonderful and emotional day and I know that Frank was deeply moved by the experience. Thank you for your service. Rest in peace my friend.

I truly miss my daily walking buddy and great friend. We shared many, many thoughts and laughs. Our season Hurricane football games will never be the same. In the future, I will look to the seat next to me and know that you are rooting in spirit. Having never served in the armed forces ; I was deeply moved to attend the return home of the troops after your special day with Charlie and felt great pride that we were able to give you and the homecoming that you deserved, but never got, because of the controversial nature of our troops in Vietnam. The final time we shared was on the Sunday just before you got sick when I showed you some basic fishing tips so you could further bond with the love of your life, Johnny. I enjoyed the excitement and childlike enthusiasm when you sent me a photo of you with your first fish a couple of days later.
I still expect you to call; but,when I pick up the phone it's no longer you.
Rest easy my friend and GOD BLESS

I was so blessed to be a chapter in Frank's life. I knew he was an amazing man and that he would be the perfect man to have a child with and we did -Frankie. Frank was the BEST father a man could be and he taught Frankie so much!!! I was so thrilled to see that towards the last few years of Frank's life he had FUN!!! I saw so many great pictures of him having a great time and that made me so happy. I am going to miss Frank so much and I will always have great love for him! Frankie, Tiffany and John I love you three with all my heart!!! LaLa aka Laurie Stuart

Coach Frank,

Thank you for being another father figure to us boys. You taught us not only how to play; but more importantly, you taught us how to be MEN. For that, I am forever grateful. Love you, and I will see you when I get there.

Love;
Anibal Martinez #24

I haven’t seen Frank since high school days, but he was one of those special people one does not forget. Always friendly, smiling, and nice to everyone. The world is better for Frank having been here. Rest now, Frank.

Frank was not only a high school classmate, but his mother Josephine and my mom were very close friends growing up. We saw each other at the reunion but sadly didn’t get to reconnect once in Florida. Rest peacefully ... love Laraine
