He was born on August 8, 1946 to Howard and Viola Goulette, the 8th of 14 children.
Throughout his life, he was always there to lend a helping hand to others. He was a man that always looked out for his family. He was proud to be a Vietnam Vet, and dedicated 47 years to Florida Power & Light Company. Fred loved spending time with his family, making people laugh, loved animals, and a die-hard Patriots fan. He loved watching his grandchildren grow and looked forward to watching his youngest grandson play sports. Fred married Lori on May 18, 1991 and they spent 30 wonderful years building a life that captured the true love they had for each other. Fred had two beautiful daughters Vicki and Heidi who were his pride and joy..
Fred was predeceased by his parents Howard and Viola Goulette; four sisters: Linda, Dorothy, Bette and Julia; three brothers: Howard Junior, Wilbur, and an infant brother. He is survived by his wife Lori, daughter Vicki, husband Dean Losasso, Granddaughter Alexis and Grandson Landon. Daughter Heidi, Grandson Tyler. Sisters Mary, Charlotte, Judith, Patricia, Stephanie and Susan. He is also survived by many family members, friend and neighbors that loved him.
