

Richardson, Genevieve Louise, 95, of Pompano Beach passed away March 15, 2015. Genevieve was born October 19, 1919 in Keyser, West Virginia to the late Lee Olin and Aleene (Chrisman) Kesner. She graduated from Potomac State College. After working a short time at the Pentagon, she left in 1943 for South Florida to marry her long-time Beau, Harry Richardson who was stationed in Boca Raton. They loved Fort Lauderdale and the beach so much, they spent the rest of their lives here. Genevieve held various secretarial positions for the City of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County over the years. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Harry in 1986. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving son and daughter-in law, Harry and Karen Richardson III, grandchildren, Eric (Jannic) Richardson, Sarah (Jason) Bentzler, great grandchildren, Amariah & Luke Richardson and Casey & Camden Bentzler. Several adored nieces and nephews also survive her. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 30, 2015, 3:30pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Central, 499 NW 27th Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Genevieve's memory to St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 1750 East Oakland Park Blvd., Ft.
