So sad that our cheerful, always happy guy Gordon is no longer with us but God just got another beautiful Angel. The memories are way too many to write here but just a few...Band days with Golden Tornadoes, my dad was Fast Eddie and he was Flash Gordon, Oh my what a team. His graduation party for one of his daughters ( I ate 8 hamburgers because they were so good). Riding the 3 wheeler and a bareback horse at the nursery and a few fun nickel-dime poker games out there. He even came to see us in Tennessee. What a man. He will be missed but not forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with his daughters Sheila, Sharon and Lee and the whole family as we know most of you. Have peace with the great memories you have with your awesome daddy.

He was always did things with all us neighborhood kids, like playing softball, in fact one time, I think he was at bat and the ball hit his window on the upper level. It's one of old ones that you cranked open, so it hit the top one and went down to the second one and onto the third. He often took us to the nursery where we would hang out and have fun there. We often thought of him as a second dad.
He was a mentor and a good person. Always helping a lending hand when needed. I will miss his big smile, his laughter and his kind heart. Keep smiling and laughing up there in Heaven Gordon............... πŸ˜€πŸ’œπŸ˜€πŸ’œπŸ˜€πŸ’œπŸ˜€πŸ’œπŸ˜€πŸ’œπŸ˜€πŸ’œπŸ˜€πŸ’œπŸ˜€

I will always remember his smiling face , the love he had for his daughters, and the best dance moves ever, especially the hip action. What a wonderful role model for all the people he encountered. That twinkle in his eye, his joy and love for people. He surely will be missedπŸ’™
