Hazel Dorothy Lamb, 92 of Fort Lauderdale, Florida entered into rest on Monday, February 2, 2015. A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2015 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a service to directly follow at 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens South in Davie, Florida. Hazel will truly be missed.
