Henry Celoge was born on August 11, 1960 in Port au Prince, Haiti to parents Bernard Celoge
and Oranie Langlois. He graduated from the Faculte d’Agronomie et de Medecine Veterinaire
with a degree in Agronomy in 1986. He then worked for the USDA-APHIS as a Quality Control
Inspector from 1987-1991. He moved to the USA in 1991 where he started his own business HYC Services where he worked until his death. Henry was a great family man and a loving father. He married his high school sweetheart Marie Yolette Eliacin in September 29, 1990 in Chicago, IL and the couple had one child Nehry Yola Celoge.
Henry was a socially active man who was deeply involved in sports, particularly tennis, football,
basketball. The stock market was his passion, he would talk about it at great length. He enjoyed
tennis, gardening, enjoying his car’s collection and spending time with his family,
His family and friends will always remember him as a counselor, a great father, an amazing and
devoted husband, a brother, uncle, cousin and a good friend and colleague, a conqueror, and a
legend.
He is preceded in death by his father Bernard Celoge, his mother Oranie Langlois, his older
sister Micheline Celoge Barthe and his younger brother Michelet Celoge.
Henry is survived by his loving wife Docteur Marie Yolette Eliacin Celoge, his only child Nehry Yola
Celoge, his sister Jacqueline Celoge Viaud and husband Philippe Viaud, his brothers Fritz
Bernard Celoge and George Celoge.
He is preceded in death by his father Bernard Celoge, his mother Oranie Langlois, his older sister Micheline Celoge Barthe and his younger brother Michelet Celoge.
Henry is also survived by his sister in Law Nancy Eliacin, brother-in-laws Docteur Serge Eliacin and family, Frantz Eliacin and family, Eddy Eliacin and family, Rousely Eliacin and family, his best friend
Guy Ernst Italien and family, Docteur Renes Castor and family, his nephews and nieces Rachel
Viaud Bourdeau and family, Dina Viaud, Marline Viaud, Fabienne Viaud Paliz and family, Jephte
Barthe,Yeda Barthe Jasmin and family, Mike Barthe and family Great Nephews and Nieces Carl
