Madame Idalia Lauzanguez was born on November 12, 1940 in Cavaillon located on the south part of Haiti (Cayes). Mrs. Lauzanguez went home to be with her father on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the age of 77 at Plantation General Hospital she fought courageously against her sickness. She was the daughter of the late Shounou Nordeus and Roxane Deadin.
Idalia was the 7th child of a family of 8, with one still alive Mr. Nerestan Nordeus. Idalia married Lediton Lauzanguiez. She had three children: Rose Jusline-Olivier, Wilfred and Edline Lauzanguez. She worked very hard and sacrificed herself to educate her children. She also wanted them to put God first in everything they do.
She was a servant of God and was loved by the community where she lived, Idalia loved her children and her grandchildren. She was loved and will always be loved by her eleven grandchildren: Cassandra, Alfred, Samantha, and Dorissa Dupuy; Brianna, Wilens, and Jennaya Lozandier; Hermione, Ashley, Tanicha, and Ingrid Santigene.
Idalia completed Brevet study level, then became a seamstress. She loved to sew to the point that she will sew for anyone without knowing how will get paid. She was a truly servant of the God. We know for fact that she is resting in peace in her Fathers’ arms in heaven. Her family paid this tribute to Idalia Lanzanguez for being one of the kindest people you could ever met. She was a loving woman with a big heart.
Grandma will surely be missed.
The family wishes to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many acts of kindness and support during this time of bereavement. Our prayer is that God will continue to bless and keep each of you.
