John used to let me drive his boat during our way to or from raft-ups, which not all captains do. He was patient and detailed about how it works and I felt very honored with his level of trust and encouragement. He was also working on a new project and wanted me to help do the documentation. I'll miss him very much.

Sheila and the Brown Family:
I am Sheila's twin sister -- first time we met John:
September 1992 we just moved to Fort Lauderdale.  That first week we were out having dinner at a popular restaurant.    We saw John walk in, "wow what a handsome man! "  Within just a few minutes he came over to talk with us.  
The Rest is history,   They shared a wonderful loving life together from that day forward. 
All my memories of John and all the time I got to spend with Sheila and John are so precious.
I Love you John, thanks so much for loving my Sister!!

I first met John when I was in middle school and he was in high school. We remained friends throughout our college years and many years after. We often went on double dates. He was always kind to me. He was liked and respected by all the Broward Bulldogs! John excelled in his knowledge of electronics. He was always building or fixing an electronic device. He was a soft soul who will be remembered by many friends in Hollywood and beyond.

Dear Sheila,
Just want to say that I am so sorry for John's sudden passing.
What your mind and every fiber of your body does is unforgettable.  John had such charisma, when he enters a room everyone notices him.  The few times that we shared together were always special, like on his boat and his favorite restaurants. Together just having fun! He will be missed terribly!
My condolences to the Brown Family and everyone in John's life. May we all share fond memories together someday!
