Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday February 4, 2023, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens 2401 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33317 with the Grand Master René Alerte and Grand Inspector General Raymond Daleus of Aissa Maat No.7 Orient of Fort Lauderdale, FL, officiating. A burial will follow at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens.

Julien Pierre-Louis was born in Jacmel, Haiti to Faubert Pierre-Louis and Ineda Charles on April 28, 1934. He went to school at Lycée Pinchinat Jacmel, Haiti. Julien was a very caring person. He was always ready to help anyone in need. He married Delivrance Eunide Roseman on December 8, 1971, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He worked as a First emergency medical responder, then became warehouse supplies director for Red Cross, Haiti for over 20 yrs.

He worked closely with the presidential government under the Duvalier regime. In 1980 he immigrated to the united states, where he established himself and began making a way and life while creating a path for his children to come to America.

He was very hard-working and dedicated to making a new life for his family. Julien loved his family; he loved being surrounded by people. In his last days, he was surrounded by his children, grandchildren, and close friends. He was fortunate to have his loving wife and children caring for him until his transition. Julien will be missed and remembered for being a father and a friend to all his children and grandchildren, brother, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Julien is preceded in death by Faubert Pierre-Louis, Ineda Charles, Etzer Pierre-Louis, Daniel Domond, Edith Domond-Jacob, Vilo Pierre-Louis, Erick Pierre-Louis, Jacques Lamothe.

Julien is survived by his wife Delivrance Eunide Pierre-Louis, his children: Jacques Lesly Pierre-Louis, Marie Josette Pierre-Louis, Lourdes Gela Duplessis, his brother Guy Auguste. His sisters are Madeleine Pierre-Louis, Dadie Pierre-Louis, and Mireille Jeudy. His Grandchildren: Erica Pierre-Louis, Annie Duplessis, Jessica Cruz, Clark Duplessis Jr., Ashley Duplessis, Johanna Leslie Pierre-Louis, Djimitri Pierre-Louis, Koby Leonce, Annissa Pierre-Louis, Ariel Pierre-Louis, and great-Grandchildren: Katelyn, Eva, Au’Bree, Yanni
