◦ Julio José Gutiérrez lovingly known as “Jay” was born September 11th 1951 in Bayamo, Cuba. He came to the USA at the age of 13 and resided in Elizabeth, NJ where he met his childhood sweetheart and his forever love Maria Leticia- together in marriage for 53 years, they raised their children Jenny (William) Cartagena and Jayson Gutierrez and two beloved grandchildren who were his pride and joy, Mia and Colin. His greatest love and priorities were that of his family. He exemplified the true meaning of son, husband, father, grandfather and uncle.
Julio's Funeral service will commence on Tuesday March 18, 2025 at 11:00 at St. Coleman Catholic Church 1200 S. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach where his Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
Flowers should be delivered directly to St. Coleman Catholic Church.
