When I was just a baby I found it rather silly to see how many people I could meet.I had my books to read didn't know I would ever need other people to make my life complete,but there was person that I cared for I knew she would be there for me.My grandma best friend forever were like two peas in a pod we did ever thing together.She taught me how to fly a kite"best friends forever never had a single fright.We shared are hopes we shared are dreams,I miss her more then I realized it seemed,and though she far away I wish should of stayed."My grandma best friend forever,forever,forever. Today, a year ago, you closed your eyes, as The Lord opened the gates of heaven for you. Those of us who loved you on Earth, will never forget you. You can't imagine how much I miss you and love you. Today we celebrated your day, sending you a bunch of white heart balloons your way. I can only live and trust what The Lord says, that we will one day reunite. I don't know how to express what I feel, some days I feel numb, confused, angry & upset. I see you everywhere, I think about you every single second of my life & I miss you terribly. Querida Dona Lucy. Una mujer luchadora, llena de amor, de bondad y en especial llena del espiritu santo. Gracias Dona lucy por haberme abiero las puertas de tu hogar, tu familia y en especial de tu Corazon. Fuiste y seguiras siendo una mujer de ejemplo para mi y muchas personas mas. Se te extranara mucho en este mucho mortal. Pero se que que aunque ya no estes presente fisicamente estas presente en nuestros corazones y se que estas orando mucho por nosotros para que un dia nos veamos nuevamente. Simpre estaras en mi Corazon, con muchos recuerdos hermosos. Gracia Dios por ponerla en mi camino ya que con ella aprendi a valorarte mucho mas. Mil Gracias mi donita. Te vere en mis suenos y tengo mucha fe que nos reuniremos nuevamente.

Señor,  como huviese querido estar con la Dona en los ultimos momentos de su vida aqui en esta tierra, habrazarla y decirle cuan agradecida estoy por todo lo que ella impartio en mi vida, por su fuerza, su amor por ti y por ser esa madre espiritual. Para mi siempre sera la Dona.  No la pude despedir pero la voy a bolver a ver.  La amo con todo mi corazon,  padre digale q tratare de no tener excusas para ir a la Iglesia como ella me enseno.

No puedo creer que ha pasado un mes desde tu partida al cielo. Mi Mama Luchie, te llevo tan presente en mi-tu voz, tu risa, tu sonrisa, los detalles unicos de mi Reina. Como te extrano....quisiera con todo mi ser, tenerte aqui todavia para juntas disfrutar de muchos momentos magicos-pero Dios es lindo y se que si te llamo a su lado, era tu tiempo de volar en su paraiso, y vivir completamente de su eterna paz y amor incomparable. No hay palabras suficientes que describan mi amor tan profundo por ti- tu alegria al verme, es un regalo infinito en mi memoria...Hasta que mis ojos vuelvan a ver tus ojos, I'll miss you ML...I love you, forerver.

Although I don't understand why when she had so much to give here on Earth, I thank you Lord for granting me the blessing of having one of the most incredible, strong, courageous mothers a child could have. It's so wonderful to hear people talk about all the wonderful things she did for others. She was a giver, always worrying about others, her children....I don't know how to go on without you mama, so I pray and ask you to please help give me the strength to go on sadly knowing that you are not here with me. I love you, I don't know a bigger love than the one for a mother. Again I love you, and I miss you dearly. I hear and see you everywhere I go. The only comfort I have is knowing you no longer feel pain. No more medications, no more machines. Until we meet again my love. Your daughter who loves you with every part of her being.

 See me. . .  See you. . . Without any doubt, Lucy's life was a success. I am grateful that I was one of many people who were able to breathe easier because of Lucy's generosity and many kindnesses; and so we grew up together like two children. 
I will miss her the rest of my life; but even as I mourn here today because she is gone from me, I know that somewhere in another realm, there are other eyes watching her.
