One is never ready for these things, especially when it is for a person so warm and full of energy. I remember our first meeting some 26 years ago up in Canandaigua, when you all came out of the car after the long drive, but you still found the time for introductions around bowls of 'Soup Joumou' which you brought and served. And so it began with me and your cooking. You had so much love for family, clear to anyone who spent even a few short minutes with you, and wrapped us up in that huge embrace. I recall our conversations, including your advice, wishes, and prayers for us. I remember my last visit to PA, heading out the door on my way back, and seeing you sitting at the dining table. I remember that hug, and the smile. It was always such a lovely, wise smile. We will miss you dearly.

Our condolences to Raucheline, Michelle, all her siblings, and grandchildren.

She had a special gift of endearing herself to the people she met because she was so warm and personable. I remember her sharing housekeeping tips with me over 20 years ago which I still practice to this day!

Our condolences to Raucheline and Michelle - her biological daughters - and the rest of her family.

Hi Michelle and Raucheline,

I want to extend my love and support to you and your families during this extremely overwhelming time. I am so thankful to your mom for the incredible memories we were able to share as a family. I remember the adventures of visiting her throughout childhood and am forever grateful for her loving, open hospitality. She will truly be missed and I hope we’re all able to celebrate her memory as a family soon.

So much love,

Dear Michelle and Raucheline,
My Deepest Condoléances!

As we share these grieving moments, I understand your sorrow, the void you feel, and the pain you experience.... because I feel it too, she was my sister, my godmother.
As it is, Mency and I are looking forward to the day when we can all celebrate her life in unity.

All my love,
Harold

Marie Lourdes has been part of my family for years, since she was my father's godchild. We had lived like sisters years ago when I was a young child. I have many fond memories of her.
May God have pity on her soul.
Rest in Peace Marie- Lourdes

To Michelle & Raucheline... I cannot tell you the sadness I feel for you both at this time. I got to know all of you as a teenager and I remember your Mom as being a strong mother who raised two strong and brilliant women. May that strength help you through this devastating time. Above all, may God be your refuge through these emotional months ahead. —Love, Carissa
