Michaels' cross in life, (as we all know), was his struggle with his health.  In spite of that, he had joy in his life because of the wonderful family God gave him.
He had loving parents, devoted sisters.  A brother-in-law who loved and cared for him like a brother and close friend.  He also had two nephews and a niece that loved and accepted him.  He had two Uncles and an Aunt that whenever he saw them always greeted them with a beautiful smile and a kiss.  He also had cousins that loved visiting with him when they came down from Connecticut and New York.  We will all treasure the memories and good times; the weddings, the graduations, the baseball games, parties, and so much more.  Despite his health problems he always shared his love for all of us. Please accept our deepest sympathy to your family.  Although we didn't know Michael, we certainly know the pain of losing someone so dearly loved.  We take comfort in knowing that we will meet our loved ones again.  And so this is our prayer for you. Mike, I always looked forward to seeing you when I came down with Giancarlo. I will never forget your laugh and how you filled the room with peace and love. Mike we didnt spend alot of time together but when we did you were always friendly and kind to our family. Those sweet moments will always be remembered.  There is no doubt you are in a better place watching over your family.

Words cannot express how much I loved my cousin, Mike

Although we lived 1000 miles apart for the past 25 years, since he moved to FLA from NY, we were able to spend a lot of time quality together and had some really great times during all our visits and my 2 years in college in Tampa. Mike was soft-spoken but his words were always genuine and he showed his love and affection for his family.

Mike was taken much to soon from us but I am so happy to have been a part of his life these past 34 years (and my wife for the past 6 years). He will be deeply missed by our family

I wish that he could've met his new second cousin, our son, Dominic in November when we come down but I promise that - although he will never meet him - Dominic will know what a special and important person he was to this family.

Jessica and I loved Mike very much and always appreciated his words and affection. We loved to laugh and talk sports and attend games together with him when we came down.

Mike, you're not suffering anymore and are in a much better place now with the Lord.
