Molli is truly a hero of mine. I came across her story while trying to recover from a distal pancreatectomy/splenectomy using triathlon to heal my mind and body. She has truly inspired me to push harder through pain and frustration. She touched more lives than she ever knew. Thank you!!

Molli Serrano inspired countless souls with her strength and courage. My family learned of Molli's fight soon after my Dad was diagnosed. We drew inspiration from her bike-riding and watched in awe as she completed race after race. My Dad just called so upset to learn Ms. Serrano had passed. We are heartbroken. Our thoughts and prayers are with Molli's family, especially her husband and children. May God bless you all. She was an extraordinary woman.

Mollie was a true angel and a true inspiration to anyone diagnosied with  cancer. I wil continue to fight for better diagnostic tools and treatments so that one day no one will die of pancreatic cancer. Her story will live on.

She was a true inspiration, I am doing my first triathlon in August and I will do so in her honor.  I lost my mom to this same horrific disease, my heart breaks for your family but try to always remember the smiles.  I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I came upon the Today show in Hong Kong and Mrs Molli Serrano's spirit is truly heroic and her Life Achievement, highly inspirational.  I prayed for her entire family and her extended families, especially for the young twins that must be missing mom so much. I am so sorry for your loss.  My sister died from pancreatic cancer 3 years ago, after leading a healthy lifestyle. Since her death, we have had 3 other family friends be diagnosed.  Just hearing of other cases breaks my heart, because prognosis is so grim.  There are no words to ease the pain...but know that there are others who completely and wholeheartedly understand what you are going through.
