I was very sad to hear the news of the passing of Nancy. I used to work with Nancy at the credit union.  She was always there to assist me whenever I  had a question or concern. Her calm spirit and beautiful smile will truly be missed. God Bless,

Ms. Nancy was one of  the most patient and kind hearted person I've' ever met. I will always miss her great personality, Kindness, willing to help attitude. No one can replace or fill  the void of Ms. Nancy in our hearts. We will always miss her.   May you rest in peace Ms. Nancy.

The news of the passing for Nancy Brown was shocking for so many of us at the Credit Union. She did my initial interview and I have so much to thank her for. She was a sweet and level-headed person and taught us all so much. She will indeed be missed and we will always remember the memories that we shared with her.

When we heard the news last Thursday of your passing it shook not only the office but THE ENTIRE CREDIT UNION. I could not believe it; then when I saw this obituary this past Wednesday...I STILL could not believe it. 

Our Lord and Savior has a way to signal messages to His people; basically to cherish those with more love and unity. That is exactly what you'd displayed Nancy.

You were not only my supervisor, you were THE humbleness, THE lend-an-ear person, and THEEEE great mentor our department needed. There are times I would go home and tell my family I have an excellent and graceful supervisor; just to show one how much you made a big impact to the point I would talk to family and friends about you.

I pray the best and everlasting blessings to your family.
Your legacy will always beam within the credit union; we love you.

Nancy was one of the sweetest people I've ever known. She was always there to listen, to help and to show how much she cared. I looked up to her as a mentor and friend. I will always remember her laughter and her beautiful voice. I wish you and your family the best and that God blesses you through this time. We will always miss and love Ms. Nancy Brown.

I was honored with the ability to work with Nancy at BFSFCU. She was my first friend in the office. I looked up to her for she had a certain poise to her at all times and a sense of humor that brightened any day. I missed Nancy when I moved to a different department and will continue to miss her presence. Although she is no longer with us I will continue to smile and laugh at our times together and the joy she brought everyone in our company. I appreciate Nancy's family and the women that helped shape her to be. She was beautiful.

Nancy was such a wonderful person inside and out. I had the pleasure of having her as a supervisor and mentor at BFSFCU. She was so caring even beyond work affairs. She genuinely cared. We have shared a lot of laughs, vented frustrations and she always gave great advice. I would constantly take candy from the dish on her desk and she would even refill her candy dish per my request for a specific candy. She will be missed dearly. Even though you are not visible here on earth, I just want to formally say good bye.  You were not just a colleague, but also a friend.  You supported me, you listened to me and you never judged.  I have to admit, I am a little upset with you for being so stubborn and not taking the advice to put yourself fist, before others, at least once in a while.  However, that is one of your best qualities and why you are loved so much.  I wish you were here to see the out pour of support from your fellow staff members who you have positively impacted during your journey here on earth.  I am just so fortunate to have such a great friend who I also had the pleasure of working with.  You were truly one of a kind and you have left a permanent scare on so many hearts.  You know what I believe, you journey is just beginning.  You earthly life was nothing but preparation for the true assignment that God has for you.  I now have another Angel looking out for me.  Truly you were and Angel on earth and now an Angel in heaven.  I will see you again one day when God calls me to start my journey.  I will never forget you and you will always be one of the most positive, genuine and loving people that God has allowed me to cross paths with.  May you rest in Paradise and peace.

Nancy was a great co-worker and friend. She was pleasant to work with and always willing to go the extra mile to assist everyone. She will be missed. I hope that our Lord brings you and your family the much needed comfort and peace during this sad time. My condolences to you and your family.

Nancy was an amazing person. I had the pleasure and honor of having her as a friend, a supervisor and a mentor at BFSFCU. She was always there when we needed help and advice not with just dealing with difficult situations at work but also in our personal lives. Her doors were always open and the candy dish on her desk was always full (and frequently visited). We shared a lot of laughs and vented to each other. One of my fondest memories of her was from a couple of months back when I told her that I was singing the Fast and Furious song in the car and she told me she likes that song too and began singing the chorus, oh oh oh oh and I completed the end of it with,  To do do di do . Do di do do do. The both of us cracked up in her office and laughed so hard we had tears in our eyes.
You are missed dearly Nancy. It's been a long day without you my friend

Nancy was a loving, kind and caring person. My fond memories of our college years are especially filled with the time we spend as roommates. Nancy will be missed greatly. I pray God's peace and love will comfort her family during this time of loss.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

 Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.

 It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.

 God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not  be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,

My prayers and thoughts go out to the family of Nancy Marie Brown as you go through this difficult time.

Nancy worked at a Bank of America across the street from where I work. I will always go there for my banking needs. Nancy was always very helpful and kind. She was a quiet person and I felt good vibes whenever we exchange words. After few months, I saw Nancy at my bank(BFSFCU) and asked her what are you doing here? She said "I work here now". Ki pawol sa? woy!;  SMH and What just happened moments watching TGIT; Go-go music just won't sound the same again; and the list goes on. So, although you're gone too soon, I will remember your smile, the fun times and our friends that we shared.
