

Born on October 12, 1966, in Cleveland, Ohio, Nicole was the daughter of Dorothy and Vincent Amato. She graduated from Midpark High School in 1985. Nicole spent her career working in accounting and property management throughout South Florida, leaving a lasting impact in every community she served. Outside of her professional life, she was an avid triathlete, and her passion for the sport—and the camaraderie it brought—led her to form many lifelong friendships. Nicole was also deeply involved in every church community she was a part of, from volunteering to youth group leadership. She had an unwavering faith and was always eager to share the word of God, demonstrating His love through her bubbly and loving spirit wherever she went.
Nicole is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Vincent Amato, and her brother, David Amato (Bettyesue Kornfeind). She is survived by her three children, Christina Swift, Luke Swift, and Rebecca Swift; her brother, James Amato (Shelle); her sister, Michele Battaglia; nieces and nephews Vicki Kramer, Jamie Battaglia, Monica Patil, Eileen Keenan, Ben Gaeth, CJ Kramer, and Carly Kramer. She also leaves behind many dear friends, including her special friend Kelly Nevius, as well as countless others whose lives she touched throughout her journey.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at Coastal Community Church, Lighthouse Point location, 3901 NE 22nd Ave, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064. All are welcome to join the family in celebrating Nicole's life."
