Philip L Rifice, 70, passed away on March 2, 2017. He was born in Kings, New York on May 23, 1946 to parents Aurelio Rifice and Lydia Andre. Philip served in US Armed Forces Army. He was a police officer for Miami Dade and Computer Tech for the Public Schools. He is survived by his children, Andrea and Steven Rifice; mother, Lydia Rifice; brother, Raymond Rifice and sister, Joyce Annunziata. He will be missed by all.
