Robert Heuwin Starkey was born on May 11, 1922 in Poplar Bluffs, Mississippi andpassed away on February 22, 2015 in Tamarac, Florida andis under the care of Kraeer-Fairchild Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
Memorial Service will be held on March 12, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. Dunstan's Anglican Church.
